플라즈마 의료기기의 일반규격에 관한 국제표준화 문서를 IEC TC62D에 만들기 위하여 ISPB2019 기간중에. 제1 차 "국제플라즈마의료기기 표준화회의"를 가졌으며, 

국제플라즈마의료기기 표준화기구 (IOPMS : International Organization of Plasma Medical Device Standardization) 를 설립(2019. 6.26)하였다. 

 -- 2019.10.상하이 의TC62D 총회때 NP제안을 위한 총회제안서(DC: Draft for Committee)를 2019.8까지 6개국 대표와 협의하여 작성하기로 하였다. 

--이때 IOPOMS 의장에 최은하 소장(PBRC), 부의장에 Kai Masur (INP)를 만장일치로 선출하였다. 각국대표는 다음과 같다.

(USA:Prof. A. Fridman, France : Prof. J.M. Pouvesle, Italy: Prof. V. Colombo, Germany:Dr. K. Masur, Korea: Prof. E.H. Choi, Japan: Dr. H. Sakakita)
